Outside Screen for watching Wimbledon at Kings Cross

So we all know Granary Square, don’t we?!!  It’s a lovely outside space just a few minutes walk from Kings Cross station if you follow the Regent’s Canal exit signs.  With Lewis Cubitt Square just around the corner from Granary Square, they are both home to some great restaurants including spot-on brunch spot Caravan, and highly praised Grain Store and Dishoom.

Both squares are perfect for a sunny days with chairs, tables, and deck chairs scattered around for anyone’s use and water jet fountains offering up a splish-splash for you to cool your feet in – no doubt they’ll be some kids entertainingly tearing around and getting “soaked through”.

Lewis Cubitt Square has gone and got itself a large outside screen for Wimbledon, which makes it a prime hanging spot for the next week or so.  There’s a bar in the corner selling pimms, beers, prosecco, strawberries and ice-cream etc – or, you buy yourself similar from nearby shops and save yourself some pounds.

With the weather we’re having, it’s a great opportunity to soak up some SW19 action in an N1 post code!
